Plot[]

The100 S3 Wanheda Part 2 Rover

Bellamy, Monty, Indra, and Kane have been trapped in the rover for three hours waiting for something to happen. Bellamy pokes his head out the moon roof and suddenly has a knife to his throat. The rest of them are ordered out of the rover as Bellamy is yanked out through the moon-roof. Indra, Kane, and Monty are quickly taken hostage by what appear to be Ice Nation warriors who find the Farm Station beacon on Monty. Monty tries to fight them and Bellamy calls out his name to get him to stop. One of the warriors repeats Monty's name and Monty recognizes her voice as his mother's.

Jaha and A.L.I.E. are wandering around the empty City of Light. A.L.I.E. reiterates how there will be no more suffering in the City of Light and Jaha volunteers to fill the place, starting with the Sky People. Murphy's voice breaks through Jaha's mind journey to the City of Light and he opens his eyes, seated at the front of the boat that has arrived on-shore. Emori tries to unload the case containing A.L.I.E. and Gideon grabs it from her, taking it with him off the boat. Emori tells them they're going around the Dead Zone this time as they start walking.

In Sector 7, Monty's mother, Hannah, removes her face mask and she and Monty embrace. Pike orders the rest of them to stand down and greets Kane and Bellamy. Monty asks where his dad is and Hannah tells him that he didn't make it. Kane asks Pike how many of them from Farm Station survived and Pike says only 63 have survived and the rest of them are camped in the mountains to the north. He calls them "Grounder killers" and everyone cheers, "Hoo-rah!" Bellamy interrupts and tells them they need to find Clarke. Pike recognizes Clarke's name as a former student of the Earth Skills class that he taught on the Ark. They go to move the trees blocking the rover and Bellamy asks Monty if he is okay. Monty replies that he has to be. Pike tells Kane that everyone from Farm Station survived the landing, three times as many as the 63 who are still alive. Indra tells Pike the Ice Nation can be ruthless and he should take pride in those he saved. Kane introduces Indra and Pike. They get the trees out of the way of the rover and Kane sends the Farm Station warriors to collect the rest of their people and head to Arkadia. Pike and Hannah go with Kane, Bellamy, and Monty after Clarke.

Roan is transporting Clarke along a riverbank when Clarke seems to pass out. Roan goes to the river to refill his water when Clarke attacks him from behind and tackles him into the river. She holds his head under water until he falls still, thinking he is unconscious. Roan takes his advantage and holds Clarke's head under water until she stops struggling. Clarke comes back up with the red berries rinsed from her hair to see that Roan's face has also been cleaned, revealing Ice Nation scars upon his face.

At Arkadia, Lincoln and Octavia wake up outside the walls and start to make out. A guard shouts from the walls that there is a "fighter" approaching, disrupting them. Octavia is worried because of the Kill Order on Lincoln and they start heading toward the wall. They spot Nyko on horseback, badly injured. He asks for Abby and Lincoln asks him who hurt him. Nyko tells him it was the Ice Nation.

In Arkadia's medical room, Abby is checking up on Jasper after his altercation with Macallan the night before. Abby tries to force Jasper to talk and uses Finn as an example. Jasper tells Abby that Clarke killed him just like she killed Maya. Octavia and Lincoln interrupt them when they bring in Nyko, who has lost a lot of blood and needs a transfusion. Jackson types him and it comes up Rhnull. Octavia offers her arm to give blood as a universal donor but her blood won't work. Lincoln then offers his arm and Jackson types him also as not a match. Jackson suggests using Mount Weather's medical facility because they have the equipment needed for a blood transfusion to save Nyko. Abby tells him they can't do it but he argues with her that they need to do it to save Nyko's life. Abby is suddenly hesitant after Lincoln warned her about the supply runs jeopardizing their peace. Lincoln tells Abby to save Nyko, even if it means going back to Mount Weather. Abby then turns and tells Jasper he's going to Mount Weather with them to face his feelings.

At the trading post, Niylah is getting beaten up and interrogated by Roan's bounty hunter partner as he asks her where Roan and Clarke went. He is about to cut off her hand when Bellamy shoots him dead. Indra tells Niylah in Trigedasleng they are there to help. Pike demands she speak in English and Kane orders him to scout the perimeters with Monty and Hannah. Bellamy pleads with Niylah to tell them about Clarke. Niylah recognizes him as Skaikru and tells him that Clarke was there last night and the bounty hunter told her his partner was Ice Nation. Bellamy thanks her as Monty comes back to tell them he found their tracks but they can't take the rover because there are too many trees.

In a vast field, Roan orders Clarke to be quiet as three Ice Nation scouts draw closer to where they are hiding. Clarke starts screaming through her gag and Roan tells her their deaths are on her as he puts a sack over her head. Roan approaches the scouts and tells them he has Wanheda to bring to their queen. One of the scouts removes the sack from her head to verify it is her and they discuss taking the Wanheda for themselves. Clarke starts running with one of the scouts chasing after her while Roan fights and quickly dispatches the other two, grabbing a bow and arrow along the way. He shoots the third scout in the back, causing him to collapse on top of Clarke. As Roan goes to retrieve Clarke, she sneaks a weapon from the dead scout and stabs him in the stomach with it but he quickly subdues her.

At Mount Weather, Lincoln, Abby, and Jackson are rushing Nyko to the medical area. Octavia tells Jasper not to do anything stupid before following after them.

Monty and Hannah are walking through the same field where Roan and Clarke were. Monty asks Hannah what happened to his father and she tells him that all his father wanted to do was find Monty and that he loved him. Pike asks Bellamy why they seem to be getting along with the Grounders and Bellamy tells him it was because they had a common enemy and they won. Indra calls for everyone to be quiet as they hear war drums coming from a distance. Indra recognizes them as Azgeda by the three dead scouts in the field. Pike tells everyone they need to get the bodies off the field before the army arrives or they will be blamed for it. Bellamy spots Roan and Clarke far on the other side of the field as Kane spots the incoming army advancing from another end of the field, separating them from Clarke. Monty points out a cave for them to hide in until the army passes through and Indra leaves to warn the Commander because the Ice Nation has just marched into Trikru lands. Indra warns Kane that if the Ice Queen gets Clarke first, she will die and they will all be at war. Roan takes Clarke to an abandoned subway station and warns her that if she screams this time, they will both be dead.

Emori's brother, Otan, asks Jaha if he has really been to the City of Light. Jaha takes Otan off on a walk while Gideon sits and thinks his way into the City of Light. Emori tells Murphy that she and her brother were recruited by a female who comes to them in drones. They collect technology for her and bring it to Gideon on the island. Emori decides to go after the case while Gideon is sitting there in oblivion while he visits the City of Light. She tells Murphy they have other buyers and as she is about to take it, Gideon catches her and holds her by the throat. Murphy tries to get Gideon to put Emori down but no matter what he does, Gideon is unmoved, saying, "there is no pain in the City of Light." Emori stabs him in the neck, killing him. She grabs the case and takes off back to the boat. Murphy follows after.

Roan has Clarke tied up in the station and is heating a blade over the fire. He takes off his shirt to treat his wound, showing impressive scars across his back. Clarke asks why he is hiding from his people and he asks her why she ran away from hers. He cauterizes the wound on his side and walks over to Clarke with the heated blade. He calls her "the Great Wanheda, Mountain Slayer." She asks him why he is taking her to the Ice Nation when he isn't loyal to them and her people will offer him more. He tells her that he was banished and she is the way back to his people.

Bellamy wants to go after Clarke but they are stuck in the cave with the corpses of the three Ice Nation scouts as they wait for the army to clear out. Monty asks Hannah what happened to his father. Hannah tells him how Farm Station landed in snow, absorbing some of the impact. She starts crying and Pike takes over the story, telling Monty that the children were playing in the snow and were the first to die. Fifteen kids died, but Monty's father was able to save four. He was killed when he went back for a fifth child, and he died a hero. Kane tells Pike that not all Grounders are the same as the Ice Nation and Pike says they are to him.

Murphy and Emori are at the boat, waiting for Otan to arrive. Murphy tries to open the case and Emori tells him she will split whatever is in there with him. Murphy comments how all she had to do was kill a guy and she thanks him for saving her life, kissing him on the cheek. She pries open the case with her knife, revealing technology with the infinity symbol, which is the same logo stamped on the chip Jaha gave to Murphy. Murphy realizes the case is housing A.L.I.E. and Jaha had brought her with them. Otan shows up and demands the case from Murphy, taking Emori hostage. Jaha arrives as Emori asks what is going on. Murphy says that Otan "ate the damned chip" that Jaha gave him and threatens to drop the case into the water unless they let Emori go. Jaha starts proselytizing about the City of Light to Murphy, and Murphy goes to drop the case in the water. Jaha and Otan give up and release Emori. Murphy throws the case far from them and into the water, leaving them running after it while he and Emori take off in the boat. Jaha is transported to the City of Light and tells A.L.I.E. they should go after them. Otan is there with them and his face is no longer disfigured. A.L.I.E. tells Jaha there is also no death in the City of Light as Gideon appears, also not disfigured and not dead.

Abby approaches Lincoln in the old blood treatment room of Mount Weather and tells him Nyko is waking up. Lincoln tells Nyko that taking him to the Mountain was the only way to save him. Nyko thanks Abby for saving his life. Lincoln wants to move Nyko from the Mountain because of all the death the Mountain caused. Nyko tells Lincoln that their people are wrong and places aren't evil; people are. Jackson tells Abby that opening up Mount Weather could do a lot of good for both the Sky People and Trikru. Abby agrees to it.

Jasper finds his way into the Art warehouse, looking for the painting Maya loved and becomes enraged when he can't find it. He starts to tear the place apart until he finds the painting. He sets it down and stares at it somberly. Octavia finds him and sits down next to him. He tells Octavia the painting represents the Second Circle of Hell from Dante's Inferno. He starts to cry and Octavia puts an arm around him, telling him it will get better. He asks when.

They're still stuck in the cave and Monty has just finished telling them how forty-two people got out of Mount Weather alive and they did what they had to do. Pike tells Monty he did the right thing and asks if Mount Weather belongs to the Sky People now. Kane tells him they use it for supplies because of the established truce. Pike warns Kane the Grounders will break the truce and they need the Mountain. Monty notices that Bellamy had stolen a scout's uniform and was no longer in the cave.

Bellamy is dressed as one of the dead scouts and is making his way across the field full of Azgeda warriors in the direction he saw Clarke last. He arrives at the subway station and finds Clarke tied up. They are briefly reunited before Roan has him pinned to the ground and is about to kill him when Clarke pleads for his life and promises Roan she will cooperate if he lets Bellamy live. Roan stabs Bellamy in the leg so he can't follow after them and takes off with Clarke again, leaving Bellamy behind. Bellamy still tries to follow after and is eventually found limping along by Monty. Kane and Pike try to get Bellamy to give up but he is worried about losing Clarke. Monty convinces Bellamy to head back and try again later.

Roan brings Clarke into a room with a bag over her head. The bag is removed, revealing Lexa seated on a throne with Indra and Titus flanking her. Roan tells Lexa to lift his banishment as payment on the bounty. Lexa tells him his mother's army is marching on Polis and she will honor the deal when Roan's queen honors her Coalition. She commands "Prince Roan of Azgeda" to be locked away and orders Indra and Titus out. Lexa's two guards help Clarke to her feet as Lexa removes the gag from Clarke's mouth and apologizes for the kidnapping but she had to keep Clarke out of the Ice Queen's hands because she needs her. Clarke spits in Lexa's face and starts screaming, calling her a bitch and threatening to kill her as the guards drag Clarke away.

Lexa: "The deal was for you to bring her to me unharmed."
Roan: "She didn't come easy."
