2nd dawn cult - 2 poster
I write this just before s7x07 where I expect ******* as 'the shepherd' to appear and to explain about his 2nd dawn cult.
There are total 4 posters hanging in the 2nd dawn cult bunker
1st 'your fight is over' 2nd 'blood must have blood' 3rd 'from the ashes we will rise' 4th 'together we share the burden'
I like to describe what I can see in:
'your fight is over': a red blood arm shakes a black 'nightblood' arm in front of the 2nd dawn cult
'blood must have blood': - upper half:3 blood stream representing the current generation of grounders (parents) - lower half: 4 blood stream representing next generation (children) with possible blood types - the scale show to keep the 'balance of blood types'
Now my interpretation: 'your fight is over'
Bill Cadogan with 2nd dawn cult offers salvation to level 12 members, to take care about their live, to save them from the apocalypse. I true believe Bill Cardogan offers this service with multiple stages - but without telling the details! 'your fight is over' simple illustrates that from the current body (red blood, red color) Bill Cardogon offers the transformation into a new body (with nightblood). Bill Cadogan just doesn't tell all the process inbetween - how to store the mind of the level 12 members - and the fact that the original body will be killed. In a brief summary 'your fight is over' means the original body will be killed - for the grounders 'your fight is over' became a synonym for death.
Now my interpretation: 'blood must have blood'
The base is that there are adult people with pure red blood (red stream) - most grounders have in fact both blood genes: one dominante red blood gene & one recessive nightblood gene (red-black stream). For the next generation the genetic rules apply how the blood genes can be combined - the next generation will have these blood types:
- pure red blood: NO protection from radiation, children die young or get killed due mutation defects, example Zoran and Emori
- both red & night blood gen: protection against radiation, red blood, same as parents, most children get born with that blood type
- pure nightblood: both father & mother provide the nighblood gene, the absence of the red blood genes make this child a natblida-child with black blood.
Important is to mention what is missing on the picture: NO information is given when father AND mother are pure nightbloods. I suggest here lays a deep secret - a massive side effect of nightblood - I suggest nightblood makes infertile - all born nightblood bodies are infertile! To keep that fact a secret the flamekeepers make the conclave where ALL natblida children (except winner) will be killed at young age. The winner is the new heda - who gets taught 'love is weakness' and will never have a relation - will never have the intention to have a child (kind of logic, as the throne will NOT be heritage by the next generation but by the winner of the conclave)
Extra information:
- I do not believe that Becca Frenco true invent nightblood, Becca simple found a way TO produced nightblood
- I do believe Becca Frenco did NOT know the side effect of infertility (if true)
- It remains unknown who invented nightblood - I suggest Bill Cadogan found the formula for nightblood and let Becca Frenco produce it for Eligius Corporation
- Nightblood was used the first (chronologically) time for the Eligius III mission, where the team members got a memory-drive implanted (much more secrets here!)
- Becca Frenco just gets the honor to find the way to produce nightblood
