— Reese [src] |
Reese Cadogan is a minor character in the seventh season. He is portrayed by Adain Bradley and debuts in "Anaconda".
He was the son of Bill and Grace Cadogan, and the brother of Callie Cadogan. He was a member of the Second Dawn and its guard unit, the Disciples.
Early life[]
He was born on Earth, in Maryland, USA to Grace and Bill Cadogan. He had a sister named Callie Cadogan.
Throughout the Series[]
In Thirteen, Reese is one of the people to greet Becca Franko when she arrives on Earth from Polaris in an escape pod.
In The Warriors Will, after taking the Flame, Madi Griffin experiences Becca's memory of Reese burning her at the stake.
In Anaconda, via flashbacks, he is seen over the course of two years starting on the day of the Nuclear Apocalypse.
In Etherea, Bellamy Blake finds a picture of the Cadogan family in a cave on Etherea and takes it with him.
In The Stranger, Cadogan tells Bellamy that Bellamy reminds him of his son Reese. Cadogan states that Reese went in search of the Flame and Cadogan never saw him again. As a result, Cadogan suspects that Callie killed Reese but he'll never know for sure. Bellamy suggests that if they can repair the Flame and Callie really is inside, they can find out for sure.Personality[]
Reese was a very close brother to Callie and cared very much for his family. Then, in the bunker, he becomes mostly loyal to Bill and a strict and cold Disciple. He saw his mother being locked outside the bunker by his father but showed remorse soon after.
Physical Appearance[]
Reese had dark skin and was tall, he had brown eyes, short black, curly hair with the sides shaved.
Relationships[]
Bill Cadogan[]
As opposed to his sister Callie, Reese is shown to have a good relationship with their father, following his vision and commands within the Second Dawn.
Callie Cadogan[]
Reese and his sister have a strained relationship as he follows his father while she believes him to be a dangerous narcissist. Still, they have an underlying bond of siblings as shown when Reese tells the other Second Dawn soldiers to stand down so the siblings can fight out the disagreement of their factions like they used to in their basement as children.
