I just rewatched the scene (I usually watch with subtitles too, since yeah they don't speak clearly sometimes, and my apartment walls are too thin to turn it up much.)
I think the scene leaves it not 100% clear. He deliberately puts the bag down, but only explicitly to talk with them and offer food. He then got called away, and it's not certain that he realized there was a knife visible or within reach of Octavia. The "you'll tear through your arteries" bit wasn't a clear instruction; it seemed meant to look tough for his group, as in "you'll never escape by struggling, our ropes are strong, haha." It could also have been meant as a hint, but that's interpretation.
I personally think he meant to leave it, but make it look like an accident. He could see that his group wanted to kill them, and he didn't want more bloodshed - but he also didn't want to blow his cover. The look he gives at the end of the scene where it's discovered that they're gone supports it was deliberate: he didn't look remorseful, he looked more relieved or even "yup, I did the right thing."
That's you and me reading into the scene & interpreting it though. My understanding is that we're supposed to stick with what's known for this wiki, which is why a neutral version (just "he left it") is safest. I couldn't find that spelled out in The 100 Wiki:Policies, so going by the norm for wikis like this. IDK, maybe it's clear enough since the camera focuses on the knife. Plus that lingering on his look once they're gone.
In any case, the current edit isn't quite correct language; you can't say someone left something "explit close by" someone. Maybe explicitly, the adverb version of explicit, though that's clunky. "Deliberately left the knife within reach of Octavia" would work, though still mildly speculative.
What about: After Xavier "accidentally" leaves a knife within Octavia's reach, ...
That's still a bit of interpretation, but accounts for it looking accidental at first, while actually seeming intentional if you look closer.
When there's multiple interpretations to a scene, my preference is to always give a neutral description. In this case, I'd leave out 'deliberately' and leave out 'accidentally' - just state that he left the pack.
Yup, thanks! Just going slowly through S4-6. Honestly it's easier for me to confirm S5 & S6 tracks because I have them on my Tivo. Not like pulling them up from Netflix is that hard, I just hate Netflix' fast-forward & rewind functions :'D
I don't like putting up a song unless I've confirmed it, so the order of editing is just a matter of convenience. Ideally in a couple weeks we can have at least the title & artist for every commercial track. Then can add any missing albums, links, notes, etc. The score is harder to find, but it'd be nice to fill in once the songs are done (unless someone has a great resource for that to make it easy.)
Sure, thanks for asking so I know we're on the same page.
Should be ok now with all the info. Please def make sure it looks ok. I'm not familiar with the artiest so used the original formatting you added, with all caps - largely because I was relying on copypaste. If you want it lowercase (titles case/proper names case) that's probably better unless the artist prefers all-caps.
I'm def going to try! Slowly but surely, obv with anyone else who has time to add stuff. Will make sure anything added to the music section on episode pages makes it to Music, so that it's all in one place and nobody has to do extra work.
