Layla was a minor recurring character in the sixth season. She was portrayed by cast member Megan Danso and debuted in "Ashes to Ashes".

She was a member of the Children of Gabriel and the sister of Xavier.

Early life Edit

She was born on Alpha and was the sister of Xavier, who was killed by Eduardo, to resurrect Gabriel Santiago, who was in Xavier's body for 10 years without Layla’s knowledge.

Throughout the Series Edit

In Ashes to Ashes, when Layla and the other Children of Gabriel came to Gabriel's hideout, she discovers that her brother, Xavier, had died 10 years ago without her knowledge. Enraged, Layla angrily attacks Gabriel, blaming him for her brother's death, despite Gabriel telling the truth that Eduardo was the one who killed Layla's brother.

In Adjustment Protocol, she and the rest of the Children of Gabriel, joined forces with Gabriel, Bellamy, Clarke and Octavia.

In The Blood of Sanctum, Layla refuses to readjust to the way of the Primes, which gets her executed; this horrifies those around her into complying with the ritual.
