Jessica Harmon portrays Niylah on The CW's The 100. She has been part of the recurring cast since Season Three. She is also an acting coach and director for the series, directing the episode "A Sort of Homecoming".
Life and Career[]
Jessica was born in Barrie, Ontario, Canada on December 27, 1985. She is the sister of Richard Harmon.
She began her acting career in 1997, in The Outer Limits. She has also appeared in Agent Cody Banks, Black Christmas and iZombie. She also works as a casting assistant and acting coach.
