Jasper, you promised!
— Fox, screaming for Jasper Jordan after the Mountain Men took her [src]

Fox was a recurring character in the first, second and third seasons. She was portrayed by Genevieve Buechner and debuted in the series premiere.

Because of her crime, Fox was expendable and was one of the 100 Delinquents sent down to Earth to see if the planet was survivable.

She was killed in the second season finale after having her bone marrow harvested.

Early Life[]

Not much is known about Fox before her life on Earth. At some point, she was sent to juvenile lockup for an unknown crime. Some time later, she was sent down to Earth with the 100.

Throughout the Series[]

In Pilot, Fox is strapped to the wall inside of the Dropship as it descends down to Earth. When Finn gets out of his seat and begins to float, she can be seen in the right corner of the screen, smiling and laughing at him. Later, Fox has her wristband (which transmits her vital signs back to the Ark) removed by John Murphy and John Mbege. When Wells Jaha starts to speak about why they shouldn't remove their wristbands, she crosses her arms and looks irritated. Fox chants "Whatever the hell we want" alongside Bellamy Blake and the rest of the delinquents, and cheers as the rain falls. She may be the character that screams, "It's water!" when it begins to rain, but there is not a way to tell for sure.

In Twilight's Last Gleaming, Fox approaches Clarke and Finn asking them about the pod that landed, declaring that it must have come from the Ark. When Clarke asks if she wants to check it out, she tells them that Bellamy said they would have to wait until sunrise.

In Unity Day, Fox can be seen beside Raven and Miller watching Chancellor Jaha as he gives his speech about Unity Day. When Jasper comes to the group with Monty's moonshine, she can be seen on the edge of the crowd walking closer, next to Raven. As the delinquents are celebrating that evening, she can first be seen sitting in the crowd next to Miller, and later in the episode she is featured prominently playing drunk ball with Sterling and Clarke. Finn comes to talk to Clarke and throws one of the metal pieces into the cup, Fox shares a look with Sterling indicating they are impressed with FInn's skill.

In I Am Become Death, Fox is first seen standing next to Raven in the crowd that gathers when the two dead delinquents are brought out. She catches the virus that Murphy brought back to the camp. She collapses beside Raven as a male delinquent holds out his arms to catch her. She then coughs blood onto him, which then leads to an outbreak of chaotic fears. Fox can be heard coughing again, and is seen kneeling on the ground in the panicking crowd with her hand over her mouth. This panic is only stopped by gun shots from Clarke's gun, and she can be seen in the background, now standing with her hand still over her mouth. As she caught the virus, Fox presumably moves into the dropship with the other sick delinquents, but cannot be seen during any of the scenes.

In We Are Grounders (Part 1) Fox appears in the crowd that gathers after Clarke and Finn return to camp, proving she recovered from the illness and wasn't one of the fourteen to die. She looks afraid and concerned. When the group gathers around Bellamy, Clarke, and the others discussing what to do, she has now moved to the front of the crowd, behind Bellamy.

In We Are Grounders (Part 2), When Raven's gunshot wound is being cauterized and she begins screaming, Fox can be first be seen in the middle of the crowd outside, holding something that looks like a gray sack. She, along with the rest of the group, is looking at the dropship door as Raven is yelling. Fox, along with the remaining delinquents, leave the Camp (She passes Octavia on their way out of the gate) and begin their journey to the sea. She is walking next to Harper, and behind Jasper and Drew. However, after Drew is impaled in the head by a Grounder scout, Fox stumbles backwards against a tree and is shown with a shocked expression. She is in front of Clarke during the rush back to the camp, one of the last to get in before the gate is closed, she has her hands on her knees and looks out of breath afterwards. During the battle with the Grounders, Fox passes Clarke once she tells everyone to get into the ship, but as the Ark breaks up into its original stations and descends to Earth, Fox stops. Amazed, she turns to Clarke, exclaiming "Is that from the Ark?!". She then enters the Dropship and is sitting with her arms crossed nervously, jumping up in surprise when Anya gets inside. The next morning, Fox is amongst the first to exit the dropship along with Clarke and Harper. As she is observing the charred corpses in horror, the Mountain Men throw gas bombs inside the camp and attack them. Fox begins to cough and is seen collapsing. She is presumably taken back to Mount Weather.

In Coup de Grâce, Fox is in the delinquent's dorm room as Jasper and Monty tell everyone that they are leaving Mount Weather. Fox asks what is going on, and she along with the rest of the 47 start packing their things. Right before the dorm door closes on them she is standing near the bunk Harper is on, presumably helping her. It appears as if she's one of the delinquents behind Jasper looking through the door window after they are locked inside. Later she is seen trapped inside the dorm with everyone else, sitting on one of the bottom bunk beds.

In Rubicon, Fox is standing in a group with Jasper, Monty, Miller, and Harper. Jasper tells them that Bellamy is inside with them. When the Mountain Men come into the dorm she says, "Not again," which implies the Mountain Men have already taken another delinquent to be harvested off-screen. For the remainder of the scene she stands behind Jasper. The second time they come, she gets into the arm linking formation with the rest of the delinquents, Fox is behind Jasper again in the second row. When the guards charge she is overwhelmed, and clings onto Harper and is then forced onto the ground with the others as they take Jessica away for marrow harvesting. In the last scene of the episode, Fox stands behind Jasper waiting for the Mountain Men to enter the dorm. When they are attacked again, she is knocked to the ground. When they take Jasper, she can be seen holding onto Harper, terrified.

In Resurrection, Fox is seen destroying one of the cameras so the Mountain Men can't spy on them, and Jasper praises her. When Monty tells her and Jasper to not destroy the hallway cameras, she looks confused before continuing to help reinforce the room, she is then in the background. When they prepare to fight, Fox comes up to Jasper, worried, and tells him they aren't ready. He promises her that they'll be okay and she nods, though she still looks frightened. She isn't seen during the fight, but was grabbed on the way out and can be seen being dragged through the hallway on the camera monitor, screaming, "Jasper, you promised!" She is then being taken into the harvest room and sees the corpses of two mutilated delinquents. One of the guards carrying her leaves to prep the table, and she pushes the other one and escapes, running for the door. Another guard appears in the doorway and points a gun at her. Fox holds up her hands, but the guard shoots the other two and is revealed to be Bellamy. She hugs him and he and Maya take her to Maya's father Vincent Vie. Fox pleads for him to help them, and he gives in and Maya takes Fox to her room. Fox is not seen for the rest of the episode, but she is mentioned by Maya when she tells Jasper and Monty that Bellamy saved her.

In Blood Must Have Blood (Part 1) Fox has been captured by the guards, along with Miller, Jasper, and Maya. Vincent tries to stop them, but before the guards can shoot him Bellamy saves them. She then heads to the harvest chamber with Miller and Vincent.

In Blood Must Have Blood (Part 2) Fox is presumably captured by the Mountain Men and whoever else made it to the chamber. Sometime between the events of Blood Must Have Blood (Part 1) and the beginning of the finale, Fox has been drilled for her bone marrow and killed. Her body, now bloody and mutilated, is sent down the disposal chute and into the Reaper tunnels where she is discovered by Octavia. Octavia shows her corpse to Clarke in anger.

In Join or Die, Fox is brought into a classroom with other delinquents to be taught Earth skills by Charles Pike, without any knowledge that she was going to be sent to the ground. During the span of two weeks, the delinquents don't retain the information taught by Pike. At their last class, Pike has a confrontation with John Murphy and begins to hit him. Fox runs towards the door and bangs on it, crying for help, which catches the guard's attention. Later she is seen being directed into the dropship which is sent to Earth with The 100.

Personality[]

Fox was friendly and kind, and also nervous and easily frightened. Despite this, she doesn't always openly panic when afraid, but freezes up a lot of the time. She was not a delinquent that seemed willing to physically fight, as she was never seen with a gun or weapon. Fox seems to go along with whatever the rest of the delinquents are doing but rarely had strong opinions of her own, and often needed reassurance from others. Many times, she can be seen clinging to other characters in fear. Whenever she was annoyed, she would cross her arms. She seems to have a respect for anyone she deems an authority figure, as she listens to Bellamy and her first reaction when Charles Pike began to attack Murphy is to run to the other adults for help.

Physical Appearance[]

Fox was of average height with very long brown hair, with some of it pulled back onto the top of her head. During the first season, she wore a maroon jacket with a blue shirt and jeans. Sometimes, she could also be seen with a sleeveless gray coat with fur on over that. She also wore a necklace with a pendant. In the second season she wears a blue-gray dress with flats, and later gray jeans with a light pink hoodie-the last outfit she is seen wearing while still alive. In the flashback she wears a similar hoodie, but it is a darker reddish-pink.
