Fio was a recurring character in the second and fourth seasons. He was portrayed by James Michalopolous and debuted in Survival of the Fittest.
He was a member of Trikru. He was killed by Roan during the Final Conclave.
Early Life[]
Is an original inhabitant of Earth. He is a member and warrior in Trikru.
Throughout the Series[]
In Survival of the Fittest, he fights Octavia Blake at Arkadia when Indra and her warriors came to train. He later brings Octavia some food.
In Blood Must Have Blood (Part 1), he prepares to fight the Mountain Men alongside Skaikru but withdraws after Lexa makes a deal with the Mountain Men to betray Skaikru for the safe return of their people.
In, DNR, he was guarding the Temple when Roan and Clarke enter it. He tells Roan that Azgeda's army attacking would make him happy.
In, Die All, Die Merrily, he represents Trikru in the Final Conclave to see who gets the Second Dawn Bunker. He confronts Octavia and they briefly fight before being killed by Roan.Personality[]
Fio was proud of his Grounder heritage and a loyal member of the Trikru clan. Despite this, he is shown to be fairly open-minded, accepting Octavia as a comrade after they fought and bringing her food. He is also shown to be brave, willing to fight and potentially die in the Conclave to give his people a chance to live in the bunker.

Fio was of average height with a strong athletic build. He had a bald head and a large tattoo over the left side of his face.

- Back in "Survival of the Fittest", he trains with Octavia and easily defeats her. In "Die All, Die Merrily", he asks her how far she has come, but is going to slay her in the Final Conclave. When Fio and Octavia find each other, Fio doesn't hold back and tries to kill her, but is ultimately slain by Roan.
