Among the various human factions on the ground and in space, punishments for various crimes take many forms depending on the severity of the crime and the age of the criminal.
Imprisonment and Hard Labor[]
The prisoners are kept in cryopods.
Described as "the worst of the worst," the prisoners were sentenced to hard prison labor, and according to Monty Green, the prisoners were considered "disposable" and were sent on dangerous mining missions in space. Incarcerated by the Eligius Corporation, the prisoners are kept in cryopods and were sent on Eligius IV to mine the asteroid Proxima 6 for hythylodium.
