Derrick was born on Earth, and is a member of the Floukru clan.
Throughout the Series
In Red Sky at Morning he was among the people who welcomed Clarke, Bellamy, Octavia and Jasper to their home. Derrick witnessed the arrival of several followers of A.L.I.E. to the oil rig, and also witnessed them shoot Shay and capture Jasper. Derrick was also captured and was forced to take the chip. After learning that A.L.I.E. wanted to chip Luna, Derrick willingly allowed himself to be chipped. He was then ordered by A.L.I.E. to kill Luna, but she fought back and stabbed him.
