Carl Emerson is a minor character who appears in Season Two. He is portrayed by Toby Levins and debuts in Remember Me.

Carl was a Lieutenant in the Mount Weather Guard and Cage's "right hand man." He is last seen taking off after Level 5 is irradiated after he had been trying to get into the Command Center to stop Bellamy, Clarke, and Monty. He is confirmed as the only survivor from Mount Weather.

Early Life

Nothing is known about Carl's early life. He was born and raised in Mount Weather until after he was given immunity to the radiation and fled Mount Weather during the irradiation.

Notes and Trivia

Emerson is the lone survivor from Mount Weather after the war in Blood Must Have Blood (Part 2)
- He survived since he already got bone marrow treatment from the Sky People and could withstand the radiation that killed all of his people.
In the episode Blood Must Have Blood (Part 2), there was supposed to be a fight scene between him and Bellamy where Emerson was killed but due to time & budget constraints, it had to be cut/left out, leaving the possibility of Emerson's return.^[1]
