Brell was a woman that survived the Second Nuclear Apocalypse inside the Second Dawn Bunker along with the rest of Wonkru. She was the Sangedakru delegate.

She was initially loyal to Octavia, but when Octavia destroyed the hydrofarm, Brell went against her and becomes more closely aligned to the true Commander.
