Brell is a recurring character in the fifth and sixth seasons. She is portrayed by Barbara Beall and debuted in Red Queen.
Brell is a woman that survived the Second Nuclear Apocalypse inside the Second Dawn Bunker along with the rest of Wonkru. She is the Sangedakru delegate.
She was initially loyal to Octavia. However when Octavia destroyed the hydrofarm, Brell quesionts her authority and becomes more closely aligned to the true commander.
Early Life
She was born on Earth as a member of Sangedakru.
Throughout the Series
In Red Queen, she attended a meeting of the Wonkru delegates, Indra, Marcus Kane and Octavia Blake. She accused another Grounder clan of stealing blankets.
In How We Get to Peace, she is seen at the end around the table along with Octavia and Nathan Miller.
In Sic Semper Tyrannis, when Miller tries to take control of Wonkru, she says Blodreina's succession should be given to the delegates of the Council. Someone tells her that the old clans don't exist anymore but she answers he is only Wonkru because their enemies fell from the sky during his fight in the arena. They start to fight but Miller stops them. She is very tough and determined. She won't settle for just anything. Brell seems to act on principle and is not afraid of speaking her mind.

She has brown eyes and dark hair, she also have the tattoo across the on right side of forehead and left side of neck.
